In 1990, I was introduced to and drawn toward the soothing and healing aspects of massage therapy. I graduated from the intermediate and advanced training courses at the nationally renowned Lauterstein Conway Massage Therapy School in Austin, TX.

I received my state license and became a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Body (NCTMB).

I specialize in deep tissue (deep myofascial) work, but integrate many massage styles such as swedish, reflexology, sports, and shiatsu.

My main practice is tucked away in beautiful Napa Valley, amidst the relaxing sounds of waterfalls and singing birds, you will experience a one of a kind massage in a one of a kind setting. I always customize your massage to address your unique needs.
